Founded by Christiane Dressler, Catherine Baikousis, and Toni Jaschke.
MINKS. builds on many years of experience in international commercial production – including their work at the acclaimed production company ANORAK.
Combined with a deep understanding of film, television, music, and live entertainment, this allows for a clear and strategic approach to talent-led projects.

CHRISTIANE DRESSLER
​Founder and Executive Producer of ANORAK Film, a Berlin-based production company representing internationally acclaimed directors.​ ANORAK's work has been recognized at leading film festivals and award shows (Cannes Lion, D&AD, Ciclope).​
Alongside her role as Managing Director, Christiane co-produced the feature films 'ROADS' and 'VICTORIA' by Sebastian Schipper, awarded the Silver Bear at Berlinale and multiple German Film Awards. ​​
CATHERINE BAIKOUSIS
A Manager and Executive Producer with a strong background across film, television, and branded entertainment.​ Early in her career she held roles including Channel Manager at MTV Germany and Show Producer for the Academy Awards for the German market.
Laying the foundation for her work at the intersection of pop culture and talent-driven storytelling. In 2015 she co-founded ANORAK Film together with Christiane Dressler and now serves as Managing Partner at MINKS.
TONI JASCHKE
An Executive Producer with extensive experience across live music tours, feature film productions, and international advertising campaigns.​ After beginning his career in commercial production, he worked on a range of national and international film projects.
He later produced concert recordings and tour documentaries with bands such as 'Die Toten Hosen '.​ Since 2020, he has been working at ANORAK where he leads campaigns featuring international celebrities –an expertise he is now bringing into MINKS, with a particular focus on the sports sector.
BENITA AHSENDORF
A senior media sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in strategic brand partnerships across Germany’s leading publishing houses, including Axel Springer, Gruner + Jahr, Hubert Burda Media, and Bauer Media Group.​
Throughout her career, she has led commercial teams and developed advertising partnerships for major media brands, working closely with agencies and clients to translate marketing objectives into effective media strategies and long-term collaborations.
