EXPERIENCE
Christiane Dressler
Founder and Executive Producer of ANORAK Film, a renowned Berlin-based independent production company representing internationally recognized directors. Since its launch in 2015, ANORAK has received international recognition at leading festivals and award shows, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, British Arrows, The One Show, and CICLOPE.
Her long-standing collaboration with director Sebastian Schipper led to the co-production of his films VICTORIA and ROADS, with VICTORIA earning the Silver Bear at the Berlinale as well as six German Film Awards (Deutscher Filmpreis).
Alongside her responsibilities as Managing Director, Christiane is committed to discovering new creative voices. Her background in building talent networks and navigating complex creative partnerships underpins her involvement at MINKS., where she leverages extensive industry expertise and trusted international relationships to connect brands with leading creative and celebrity talent.
Catherine Baikousis
An experienced Manager and Producer with deep expertise in television, film, and branded entertainment. Her early career includes key roles as Channel Manager at MTV Germany and Show Producer for the Academy Awards (German market), providing a strong foundation in pop culture and talent-driven storytelling.
She co-produced VICTORIA by Sebastian Schipper— the internationally acclaimed one-shot feature film — and later held senior positions such as Executive Producer at RadicalMedia. She also co-created Music Nation, an innovative online A&R platform dedicated to discovering emerging talent.
In 2015, she co-founded ANORAK Film, where she serves as Managing Partner and Executive Producer. Her award-winning brand productions for clients including WhatsApp, Hornbach, and Mercedes-Benz have been recognized at Cannes Lions, LIA, CICLOPE, Eurobest, and D&AD.
Catherine’s work spans feature films, advertising, branded content, and music—consistently bridging brands and culture through high-impact creative collaborations.
Toni Jaschke
An acclaimed producer with extensive experience in live music tours, feature films, and high-profile commercial productions. ​ He began his career in producing international commercials where he later joined RadicalMedia, after working across various national and international feature films, including the award-winning VICTORIA and the successful German film and series Bibi & Tina.

He was touring and producing life concert recordings with legendary rock bands such as Toten Hosen including the documentary „Weil du nur einmal lebst“ shot in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Argentia, gaining hands-on expertise in live event production and artist management.
Since 2020 Toni is back on the commercial side where he now has been an Executive Producer at ANORAK, leading award-winning campaigns featuring international celebrities, particularly in the sports sector.

Benita Ahsendorf
A senior media sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in strategic brand partnerships and advertising sales across Germany’s leading publishing houses, including Axel Springer, Gruner + Jahr, Hubert Burda Media, and Bauer Media Group.
Throughout her career, she has led commercial teams and developed advertising partnerships for major media brands, working closely with agencies and clients to translate marketing objectives into effective media strategies and long-term collaborations.
Benita Ahsendorf, after her longest tenure working in various roles for diverse titles and websites, most recently served primarily as Managing Director for Funke magazines in Munich. She was also responsible for brands like Cosmopolitan und Petra.
